ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- 1-4 years of experience in instructional development, adult learning theory or technical writing
- Experience in developing courseware / learning material would be preferred.
- Analyze, design, develop, and evaluate client and associate functional, technical, or skills training that allows for the effective and efficient use of systems, tools, and processes to provide clients and associates with the skills required to perform their job tasks.
- Partner with BES and regional associates to understand and analyze learning needs.
- Design and develop training curriculum using appropriate instructional development methods.
- Develop and maintain course materials including instructor manuals, participant guides, eLearning, train-the-trainer materials, job aids, simulations, evaluations, tests etc.
- Conduct developmental tests to ensure design fulfils needs of learners.
- Communicate design methodology to Learning Services and coach them to properly deploy materials
- Support team initiatives on improving quality and accuracy.
- Share knowledge, best practice, and experience with colleagues in achievement of their goals & business objectives.
- Shift timings 1.30 PM – 10.30 PM IST however the associate should be willing to work shifts.

Educational Qualification: BCom, BSc, BA, MA, MCom
The following candidates need not apply:
· Candidates with less than 1 year in the current company.
· Candidates who have worked with 3 or more companies and possess only 2 years experience.
